Usually the employees know how to put them on. Well the one guy had no idea (how to put on mine or my daughter's Galaxy S7) what he was doing so he asked another empkoyee who also had no idea so he Googled how to..well he cracked it & the edges don't stay down. So I've had to warranty it out...again!! Very UNHAPPY!!!!
