  Walked in (no appointment needed) and I met Steve. I came in for laptop problems; my system had many viruses and it got so bad, I could no longer use my laptop. He knew immediately the issues I was having and I left him with my laptop. Not knowing him at all, I was a bit leery of course but he made me feel very comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge, I walked out no longer leery. He called me back that same day! Although I couldn't get back to pick it up until the next day, but when I did, Steve explained to me in detail what happened and what not to do and what to watch for, so that problem didn't happen again. He also ordered a new battery for me which was very helpful! I got my laptop home, fired it up and it was all cleaned up!!! It was such a relief and I was so happy. I'm still happy and very pleased that I found my new 'go to' guy for my laptop. Thanks Steve, much appreciated!

  Steve & his work is AWESOME. He was very patient & explained things to me as I informed him I am NOT PC savvy. I think he's honest, fair & upfront with his customers & his prices are GREAT too.
