  I bought a used PS4 recently with a game, ended up not working 4 days later. Disk stuck in the system. I went to the Wayne and Warren rd. location (where I got it from) and nobody seemed to have the tool to manually eject the disk. (a micro Phillips head screwdriver) I was told that I should go find a tool to eject the disk (for me, a trip to Home Depot) then come back. OR, go to this location (Who possibly had the tool, but also had a refurbished PS4 replacement in stock) I went here; Billy helped me out. Although they didn't have the proper tool either, he told me, "This shouldn't be your problem, I'll talk to my boss about getting the proper tool." He got me a replacement game, a refurbished PS4 from Sony instead of GameStop, and the newer controller instead of the older one. For this, you get a 5 star review. Thank you Billy. I really appreciate your help. May you go far in life. You deserve a raise.
