  I went there Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009 to make some prints and a CD. The representative gave me the wrong CD to use. It said Sony and I asked for a Kodak. I did not think anything of it because I thought that they may have just switched labels or combined with them or something. I waited for it and took it home to view it. It was blank. I had to go to the trouble of walking back up to the store and remaking it again. This time I did get the Kodak CD that I always did in the past and they made sure that it burned before I left. I also had to take five little ones with me that I was babysitting and they got very restless waiting to have something redone. CVS only offered me an apology for my troubles and inconviennce. I felt that the least the could have done was to give me the CD. They should also have a chair available for those who cannot stand a long time to process their photos. I have arthritis in both knees and it is very difficult for me to stand there most of the time.
